  Mat was an excellent resource for our ReFi needs. He listened to our financial goals and provided recommendations that would help us best.   Even though in the end Rock River did not offer kind of USDA Loan I was searching for, they were prompt in answering my questions, courteous on the phone, and helpful in directing me to another company that might be able to handle my mortgage needs. Sadly, the kind of professionalism that is 2nd nature to Rock River is disappearing quickly from other institutions. So, if Rock River offers the lending solutions you need, in my opinion look no further, you've found the right place.

  Rachel was so helpful and kind! It was our first time buying a house and our realtor from Sundance Realty was awful and took advantage of us and put us through a lot, but Rachel answered every call even late at night and helped us through the whole process. With out her we probably would have given up. We used the USDA loan for our first home and it was a tricky process but she helped us qualify for the loan and found us a lender even during this covid crisis. I would definitely recommend Rock River especially Rachel.

  Rock river financial is an amazing place for first time home owners. They helped us step by step to the very end. They are also very patient when unexpected things pop up.   Rachel Cole and the Stewart team at Rock river Financial got us in my grandparents legacy property where other lenders wouldn't loan on. The property is over 100 acres and was in a long probate battle but Rachel got it done for us I now own the house I was raised up in and couldn't be happier.
