  I seriously can not say enough good things about Rochelle. Throughout our home selling and home buying process my husband and I have constantly compared her work ethic with that of our selling agent in another state. There is no comparison. Rochelle goes above and beyond in every way possible.   If you're looking for the most professional realtor in the market, you've found her! We had a gut feeling about Rochelle and we know that she was put into our sites for a reason. The amount of knowledge Rochelle has for real estate and the due process of buying and selling a home is down right boggling! After 28 house showings in 2 1/2 months, a nightmare encroachment issue, and a last minute sale that fell through, she maintained the ultimate patience and never faltered. We've never sold a home that had so many rough patches but she always knew to hold fast. Not only is she professional and knows her stuff but she's compassionate, friendly and always wears a beautiful smile.   We worked with Rochelle this summer to sell our home and purchase a new home. Rochelle gave us recommendations on selling our home that at first seem like it would be difficult, but in the end prove to be very critical to selling our house. Our house went up for sale on a Monday at 11 AM. Our house was in contract by Tuesday at 8 PM., and we had eight offers to choose from. She is very experienced, attentive, and knowledgeable in what it takes to sell a house and to stand out from the competition. Her 3D tours and photos that she has her partner take are by far the absolute best quality possible! I honestly think these guys are setting the bar higher than anybody else in town for photos and video. And it made a huge difference in selling our home. When I looked at my home on video and photos, I seriously question whether I actually wanted to sell it because it looks so amazing, and I was able to see it through a different perspective. But it’s exactly part of what was the success formula to selling our home so quickly.I loved that she was willing to help us through some of our fears and worries and stand strong and lead in the march forward as we work through all of the ups and downs of selling and buying a new home. We bought a new home with her help that is my absolute dream house! I literally wake up every day and am in gratitude for this house and so grateful that we have it.
