  Take your business to another bank that wants you as a customer. Took a month just to receive my debit card when it got bounced back to their main corporate office in Laurel after non adequate shipping address. You guys literally have my address on file. I was forced to drive forty minutes altogether to Laurel, because you guys wouldn't send it back out into the mail. Secondly, the time it takes for an account to accurately process transactions are horrible. Then, when an account does get hit with fees you guys have no issue taking money from an account and not reimburse the account holder. I bank with three other companies and this is by far the worst bank there's to do business with. I'm amazed Yellowstone Bank has made it this far.

  App never updates so you never know how much money you really have. It takes like a week for anything to be taken out of your account in a reoccurring subscription. Constantly says most charges are pending or they don't even appear. They won't waive overdraft fees. App also glitches alot and isnt available to even access sometimes. Half of the employees are rude. All in all, wish I never started banking with them.

  Tellers are not very friendly. I work for another business that's close by and we were in a bind. We needed ones and the bank refused to give us change! Account or not they should help other businesses in their area

  I have several banks that I do my banking with . Although not perfect this institution has it figured out ! Always great customer Sevice , very friendly, very efficient . If your looking for Big city Banking that gives you that small town charm , Yelllowstone Bank has delivered every time.

  I will never bank with Yellowstone Bank again because of the staff (one worker, I don’t remember her name) at this bank. She treated me horribly when I tried to open checking account when I was 18. She was also extremely rude years later when we were trying to deal with my dad’s account after he past away.

  Over 20 plus years of doing business with Yellowstone Bank. From small business needing a SBA loan to home and other business loans. They have been wonderful every single time. Thanks Scott

  I have always received excellent service from everyone at yellowstone bank. . I switched from Wells Fargo who never knew who I was and liked to transfer me for any questions and charge me as well. I would have to give the same information to each person I spoke with. This is not so with yellowstone Bank they even say hello when they see me around town. They have real business pride!

  I just want to say Yellowstone bank is a great partner to have for my Business. They look at my Dream on paper and help me build 48th Street Storage. We have been running at full speed with their help a long the way. Garrett Scott works with me and helps me with all my banking

  I would give ZERO stars if I could! You people never update your system and it leaves my family and I so confused as to where our money went! You guys have no class and are so rude all the time..pretty much EVERY time we come in! We are officially switching banks because we can no longer stand you! I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone I know!
