      This was my first bank ever. I’ve been a customer for 17 years now with no issues. I purchased my first vehicle from their main lot 10 years ago & now recently financed my newest vehicle here with a GREAT interest rate. Rebecca Westbrook was very informative.       I have had an account here about 25 years. I even worked here for almost 15 years. I love the place! The employees at North Houston are the best. So is Sandy, who is the manager at Watson now!

      I put money in the ATM to pay a bill and the ATM took my money then they’re gonna tell me I have to fill a form out and wait 10 days for them to make a decision in the meantime I’m getting late fees because my money is not showing up in my account and they keep trying to draft the money out of my account I will never be using this location ATM again this is ridiculous

      Doesn't provide excellent customer service like the Perry location and Houston lake location. I will drive to Perry just to see the smiling faces and staff that recognize me without an ID.

      Just sat there since 3:19 and the girl at the second cubical gets up and walks out and gets on her phone and says shes taking a 30 min break so we have to wait .
