  I love being with this bank I've been with for years but stop asking customers to give you the last four digits or ask us for the whole social security to verify that it's me. If I the give the bank all the information needed you do not need to know the last four digits or ask me for my whole social security number to verify it's me enough is enough. There are too many companies asking for customers for their last digits of their social security number and there is too many hacking going on.

  Went to this location often in 2021 to cash HOA Dues. Have not been back since the Nov 2021 armed robbery. Not likely to when there are other options. “Lightning never strikes twice” but….

  Love banking here but they need to open another Perry location or add another ATM. Every time I go to the Perry parkway location the ATM is not working or there is a huge line of cars. Waited in line today for almost 30 minutes today.

  I don't know what's going on with their ATMs but the cash deposit is disabled more often than it actually works. PITA

  A lot of people claim this bank is great, but that's not my experience. They kept stealing my money. Practically every single week. Yeah, they have the potential to be an awesome bank, but that doesn't matter if they're thieves. I just closed my account and taking my money elsewhere after they just charged me an overdraft fee when my account wasn't even negative and they slap refused to give me my money back. And that wasn't the first time they've done something like this. So if you're thinking about opening an account, beware. You'll either get a supposed great bank or a group of crooks. I guess it's a roll of the dice.

  Amazing bank!! Great rates, even for young kids with no credit history. We've had 4-5 lines of credit with them over 11 years (new cars, used cars, refinanced loans, credit card), and never had a problem with them.

  I recently had a problem with my debit card that needed to be resolved as quickly as possible. I don’t think I had to wait a minute before Lacy was taking care of the problem. Even better, was that she was really nice and friendly and that’s important.
