She had all the answers and she picked up her phone every time we called. She is kind and professional, knowledgeable and experience, honest and straightforward but most of all, she is passionate about getting folks into homes. I would use her service a million times over. I ended the process feeling as if Roberta was my mother because her advices and her straightforwardness and not to mention her comforting words when our anxiety was high.   Thank you so much Mrs Roberta Rustin this lady is so great with paperwork not only she handle paperwork good she also a great teacher of each paperwork what ever paperwork she need from you she will explain it to you so you can understand what it is and how to get it. As she explaining it she doesn't make you feel stupid or of less value. She a wonderful person to work with. She really surprised me that she works on Saturday and Sunday and even answer your phone call or text as well.   I honestly don’t know where to begin. When we decided to sell our first house after 13 years and buy our forever home, I never knew the process would be such a headache. The things we experienced the first time were nothing compared to this go round. We hit a lot of stumbling blocks along the way BUT GOD... Roberta stayed by our side the whole way through, even when the builder, Carol Maker, was being nasty to us- Roberta kept it professional and she got the job done.   I would for sure recommend Roberta and her team! They respond very quickly to emails. They have been with us and helped us get per-approved for a home loan when we have been turned down many times in the past. She is just amazing!

  Roberta saved me from renting another year! I went under contract in January with a “preferred lender” by mid March they denied my loan 2x with no explanation. I contacted an old friend, Lacey, who introduced me to Roberta because she was licensed in my state and an EXPERT with challenging files. I was preapproved on March 12th, saved my contract, we met on March 14th via phone and by March 27th I was clear to close. As of 3/31/2020 I am no longer a renter; I am a first time homeowner building wealth and happiness!
