  I love Fidelity Bank! The staff is so friendly and professional and there is hardly ever a wait. Ms Kena Caesar is very helpful and knowledgeable about every product the bank offers. I moved my accounts to Fidelity several years ago and I am happy I did!!

  I like the branch. Lots of nice people. But when Ameris took over fidelity, the process to check the online banking is a complete nightmare. The whole transition has been terrible and the customer service reps over the phone are a complete pain to deal with. I had long wait times, they kept giving me the wrong information and got me locked out of my online banking account. Then got upset because it takes a long time to get it unlocked. Worst customer service I’ve received

  This is the most unprofessional group of people ever. The bankers are so caught up in their titles that they will see you and you will be sitting for them ver 15mins waiting even if they have no one in front of them. They catch attitudes and are quick and short with responses... I have never been in a branch where everyone is just as horrible as the management. Currently looking for another bank.

  This bank is awesome!!! They take very good care of you and treat you like family. If you are looking for a bank that values your money the way you do, you need to call Mrs. Kena Ceasar or Mrs. Shermia Dixon they are the BEST in the buisness.

  I have done my banking here for years. The staff is always very helpful and courteous. They are always friendly and treat you like a person and not a number.

  poor customer service. They put a hold on everything. The tellers are rude . Go to a credit union. They treat you like a suspect of something...lol, You cannot make a mistake on your account if you do you are doomed..

  Horrible bank. Bad customer service. Stay away. Mismanagement of money. Lies to customers. Charges overdrafts when their fault. Takes up to 5 days to credit deposits. Does not care about customers.

  My bank teller was Ana. She was very disrespectful towards me and my mother when I was only trying to cash a check. Since I am 17 I had my mom come with me. We showed our Ids. She told my mother that she doesn't believe Im her child. Needless to say, my mother and I grabbed the check and left.
