  Lorenza Martin is superb at his job. He and the PRMG team had everything going smooth from start to finish. His professionalism and customer service is beyond compare. Responding to questions and being readily available at all times to assist with anything needed. If you had any questions and he did not have the answer he got it for you. I would not chose another loan office and would not recommend any of my friends and family to anyone else. I hope to be able to work with him again in the future. He made home buying an easy and less stressful processes. I can go on forever about how attentive and sharp he is when it comes to his profession but I must end this review. Bottom line is that if you have him as your loan officer you will not be disappointed.

  Lorenza was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient when I needed to call him back-to-back with questions or needed assistance. His personality will put anyone at ease. I am very “high” on customer service, so when I receive great customer service, I am just in “awe” (well done Lorenza).   Travis Wilson was my loan originator and he was awesome. If you want a smooth home buying experience go talk to him. He explained everything from the start; what I needed, what might be an issue, and how much I would need to close on the house. He crossed his ‘T’, dotted his ‘i’ and explained each process from the beginning with no surprises along the way. He knows the underwriting guidelines and made sure that everything is in order so you won’t have any false expectations. He answered my calls and responded to my emails very quickly. I was able to close on my house because of Travis.

  I worked with Martyo Bethea on a purchase for my buyer client and he was absolutely amazing. I recommend working with PRMG and especially with Martyo Bethea.
