  My wife and I would like to acknowledge Robert Sinohue and Impact Home Loans for the exceptional service that we received during the recent refinancing of our home. Robert Sinohue’s professionalism, honesty, and knowledge of the industry was impressive and truly appreciated. Robert went above and beyond to ensure that he met all of our needs and that everything was handled thoroughly and efficiently. He worked to ensure that we received the most cost-effective deal possible. I asked my daughter, who works in the mortgage industry and my son-in-law, who is an executive with Freemont Bank, to review the refinancing proposal that Robert provided. Neither could come close to meeting the deal I received from Robert. In the past, we have had experiences with other mortgage advisors and lenders that proved to be untrustworthy and have found the process frustrating and tedious.   They make annoying cold calls for home loans. STOP. Stop fishing for homeowners information then soliciting them via telephone. I’d rather you send a letter. I would have actually read that.
