  In 2021, we did our Mortgage Refinancing through Frazier Mortgage Team. We had a great experience working with James Frazier and his wonderful team. First of all, after checking with multiple Banks and Brokers, we found that James could give us the lowest Rate of Interest at Zero Cost to me. Unlike few other brokers James is honest, transparent, and doesn't push you to do the Refinancing though him. Before locking the rate, he said me clearly that if I can get better deal anywhere else I can simply walk-out without any liability. I like this attitude and politeness. He never got frustrated when I asked him hundreds of questions, and always answered my phone/text in timely manner. Then during the Refinancing paperwork and processing, I had wonderful experience working with Noel Frazier (James' son), Kim and Jessica. They explained me everything clearly and made the documentation process simple. Finally, they were able to close by Refinancing quickly within 21 days when other broker were taking more than a month and Banks were taking 45 - 60 days to close. I am 100% satisfied working with Frazier Mortgage Team and give them 5 out to 5 Rating.

  I am so thankful for James and his entire team! James honesty, dedication and professionalism is unmatched! I believe James understood what I was trying to accomplish, the resources I had available and really had my best interest. I shopped around with other brokers and banks but Easy Low Rate was the best overall.   We closed on our “forever” “retirement” home, a lake house. Wow 🤩 It literally just fell in our laps. This was totally meant to be. Everything happened so quickly.   Noel came through with two refi's with flying colors. Not every escrow goes smoothly, underwriting can be a real pain... Asking for information multiple times, loosing information, etc. All of this well beyond the control of the loan broker. BUT... I was pleased when my rate lock was extended because of underwriting delays at no expense to us. I have recommended Frazier Mortgage to my friends.

  James and his team From start to finish of the refinance process were incredible. His main objective and mine was finding a lender with the lowest interest rate and no fees. James spent many hours on my loan and accomplished our goal finding the lowest interest rate and no fees. When you choose James Frazier and Easy low Rate he treats you like family and his only objective is to make sure your 100 % satisfied with his company and your loan . I was so happy with James and his company I had my daughter refinance both her houses with Easy Low Rate. My daughter said she will only use James and his company for all future loan needs. You get the impression that James doesn’t care if he makes money off the loan he just wants you to be 100% satisfied with your loan and his company . If I could give James 6 stars I would!

  Honestly, James Frazier and his people are solid. I’ve done 2 refinances with them and there were no problems. The second time I changed my mind about the way the mortgage was structured and wanted to cancel the transaction completely—just changed my mind. They found a way to make it work another way and at a much lower rate than initially expected. The Frazier Mortgage team consistently save myself and others I know that are their customers money. If you’re looking for a mortgage broker that will work hard for your business, this is the place to go.
