  I worked with Robert Sinohou for our refinancing. He was able to get us the best rate with the least amount of effort. Other brokers were requiring us to consolidate funds and jump through hoops for the same rate. He definitely provides the best value out there! Additionally he is extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this business!

  Where do I begin. I've contacted several agents and loan officers to try to get a good deal when buying a house. However, Jess had been always there and supported me regardless. Even during the weekends, she'd provide options a d walked me through the entire process. This was especially important for new home buyers such as ourselves. Jess had been transparent, honest and looks out for the best interest of their client. Again, I say this after talking to at least 5 banks and loan officers. I got the best rate even was advised to wait for a few days to get even better rates. We highly recommend Impact homes and will refer them to my friends and colleagues.

  Amazing experience, I got to tell you, I never had such an easy loan processing in my two decades of home ownership where I refinanced my primary home numerous times - at least 7-8 times and this was the best experience. Jess was very responsive (promptly call back or email response) and professional, courteous, and the quality of service was excellent, way beyond my expectations.
