  We had a great experience with RJ. It was a complicated few months navigating through refinances on two separate properties. RJ was patient with the different twists and turns that took place and if he didn't answer his phone right away, we'd receive a text or call back quickly. Would highly recommend working with him!

  RJ Bennett with Canopy Mortgage help my wife and I to get our loan in a fast and timely manner. Our previous lender kept on dropping the ball when it came to getting the appraisal done and with customer service. But with RJ he had it done asap. And he has amazing customer service. I strongly recommend Rj to everyone out there!

  RJ is absolutely amazing at what he does! He makes the home loan process so easy and stress free. He addresses all your questions and concerns and walks you through the process step by step.   RJ Bennett has an incredible work ethic, his responsiveness to customers is unmatched, he always finds a way through problems, and continually surpasses expectations. His only downside is that he apparently attended my rival high school. Oh well, can't be perfect, I guess. :) I highly recommend RJ Bennett at Canopy Mortgage. I 've worked with him through three loans and have never regretted it.

  RJ was super helpful when it came to buying our first home. He has so much knowledge about each different kind of loan, whether it’s buying land & wanting to build or buying an existing house, he explained all options and any questions we asked in depth. He continues to make himself available for new questions that have come up even though we bought over a year ago. He made the process seamless and was a true joy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone going through the any type of loan process!

  I would recommend RJ to anyone looking for a home loan. I was a first time home buyer with no idea what I was doing and answered all questions I had in ways I could understand and helped me set small goals to get me ready for the home buying process. When it came down to it, he went above and beyond to make the process seamless and with his guidance and advocacy I closed on a house in less than 30 days. You don’t need to shop around for a lender.   I don’t even know where to begin, working with RJ has been a wonderful experience from start to finish! We just closed on our first home and that was thanks in part to RJ and his guidance throughout the entire process! He was available whenever we needed him and answered all of our silly questions!
