  Be careful and read the fine print when you make transactions with Wells Fargo. Staff at Ferndale location are super friendly and efficient. I have never had any issues. Location is quite convenient. They also have a drive through as well.

  What kind of bank don't let you deposit cash into another person's account. Wells Fargo is the worst.

  I've recently had a huge family emergency that created an instant need for travel. Unfortunately, it overdrew my checking account. Since that time, I have been unable to get out of the hole. I decided to call and see if any of the fees were at all reversible. I spoke with a wonderful man named Ruan (sp) and he was so kind and understanding. Not at all judgemental. He was able to reverse some fees to help me get back on track. This is an amazing and friendly branch and I will forever stay with Wells Fargo in any banking needs that I have! Thanks Ruan! You're a class act!

  I couldn't be more happier with this Bank. It has everything I need and I'm very pleased with online banking. I recently forgot my debit card at home, simply got an access code for the ATM and withdrew the money I needed for the day. The staff at the Ferndale Branch are very helpful and professional.

  Wells Fargo is known as a huge impersonal conglomerate (as are all large corporations). However, walk into the Ferndale branch of Wells Fargo, and you feel like you are walking into a bank of yesteryear: friendly, accommodating, personable! No, we do not get what we want everytime we go there (e.g. fees reversed, stopping a bill pay, etc.... all mistakes that were ultimately our fault), but they've always try to help us as much as they can... and never any attitude! As long as we have the Ferndale branch to rely on, our 20+years with WF will turn into a lifelong relationship.

  The tellers and business managers here are helpful, friendly, and truly just want to help you out as best they can. I've always had positive experiences whenever I've gone in here.
