  Don't ever go to this pawn shop to buy or pawn your items they don't know anything about any of the stuff they buy or sell and they will always give you the worst price on pawing your items your better off selling it yourself don't ever go here unless you have used all your resources then just go to any other pawn shop but them

It's understandable that you did not want to sell your headphones to us but it just isn't reasonable for us to give that much for a set of used headphones. Unfortunately they just aren't the kind of item that has a large resell value. We were surprised to see your review when you seemed really happy with the other 8-10 items you did sell. Hopefully your next visit we can close on over 90% of the items you bring in and earn a better review.

  Great people very well mannered and alot of knowledge, they helped me right away and gave me a fair price that I was happy with was not low balled at all.

  worst experience ever, went to sell a vacuum and the lil red haired girl in there disassembled the vacuum and then reassembled like she had never seen one before and then proceeded to start cleaning the area behind the counter with it...i did not give her permission to turn it on let alone clean, then she proceeded to insult me with $25 because SHE USED THE VACUUM! this red haired girl needs to be sent back to McDonald's and learn customer service.

  I looked up the video on this to see what happened. The vacuum is clearly used and we feel she made you a very fair offer. We do our best to make every customer happy. Unfortunately we can not do but so much.

  Great place.... I was looking for a item. They didn’t have in Madison Heights. They went out of their way and brought what I needed from their Danville store for me. Had a few waiting for me when I came back to chose from. Thank you so much.

  This is a very clean, organized, and spacious shop. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. I used the shop for an FFL transfer. Everything went smoothly and the price was right. They should have a TV show.

  Went there a few weeks ago to sell some items and was very pleased! Staff is very welcoming and fun! Many many wonderful items to choose from in there. Great prices as well!
