  I am not that kind of person who writes online reviews all the time. But I would like to make an exception this time! We had Ms. Wei Wang as our loan officer for our first home! She is such a nice person and we feel so lucky to have her help us on our loan application! She always prepared our documents quickly and answered our questions immediately even if it was at 7 pm on Sunday! We cannot get the entire loan process done so easily without her help! My realtor even told me that it was such a pleasant working with her! She always got back to you quickly with all the information you needed! Great person and great work! The google reviews for this company were mainly about other great employees but I think Wei definitely deserves a positive comment here due to her great work! Thank you, again, Wei, for your time and efforts on our case! We would definitely recommend you to our friends who have their loan demands!

  It’s the first time to buy a house and lucky to have Jenny. We’ve barely got a green card so our credit score is not that high to get a loan. She did her best to have us to get a loan, we became home owner finally. Thanks for all the process she did. Jenny is excellent loan officer. Highly recommended.

  I just closed mortgage refinance today. Basically everything went well. The rate is attractive. A lot of interest can be saved with the loan. I am really happy with it. During this process, I got very professional service from Jian Xu who was the loan officer - finding the right lender, preparing required documents, signing the documents, and closing the loan. Everything went smoothly. It is really wonderful experience.

  I was refinancing to take advantage of the low interest rates. I was extremely pleased with the help provided by Yun Xin Chen. she did an exceptional job securing a great interest rate loan with a lowest refinancing cost. As a businesses owner, i have more complicated underwriting requirements and lender conditions to meet due to the COVID pandemic situation but despite all the challenges, Yun Xin and her team were patient and proactive through every steps in the process.
