  I went in here trying to sell my camera, didn't end up selling it but got an honest, straight forward opinion which I really appreciated! The guys were really nice and I'll definitely be returning to buy!

  These guys are not worth the time. I had some stereo equipment I was going to donate to Goodwill, but at the last moment I decided to give them a try. Long story short, I felt like they treated me like a drug addict trying to score a few bucks. I have ran successful businesses for the better part of my adult life, so I was reasonable in my expectations. In fact we were only $15-20 away in what I considered fair. Both the guys there dealt with me, but I wrapped up business with the Spanish gentleman, who put on his best toothe ache face and voice, and made it seem like that $15-20 would break the bank and the world would fall apart. Just old school bush league sales. Yeah $15 here and there will add up, but not in a negative way. Your overall sales volume will always go up when you value a satisfied customer over something petty such as a mere twenty bucks. Trust me, thats the modern rule, even in a business such as the pawn game. Nordstroms will still let you return an old pair of shoes. And what made it worse was these guys had the look like they "got" me. Like they won the $20 war which I wasn't even trying to fight. Stay away from this place if you want to avoid that sleazy cheap remorse feeling.
