  I went to pay my car note with $100.00 cash and a inter fund transfer from dayair credit union. The teller took the money out my dayair credit union account, but instead of paying my car note paid an entirely different customer's account. The main branch of Dayton fixed the transaction and stated that the Alex Rd. branch manager would call me when my account was fixed. Never received a call. I will never do a transfer with them again. I will just have Dayair initiate it. When my car loan is paid off, I will never bank with them again.

  Usually have a good experience here. Do not like having to announce a password within earshot of everyone at the other teller stations.

Next time you are asked, I encourage you to write your password out on your deposit sheet rather than saying it out loud. Our team is trained to understand why you would write it.   Called to get information about my auto loan. I just needed some info. Clearly this was a burden to the poor lady that had to answer my call. EVERY question I asked met with clear frustration that I was asking questions. I’m sorry I burdened this place as a customer. I’m going to refinance and go somewhere else that appreciates my business.

  While the people are friendly, you have to go through third parties just to make an online payment... to a bank. River Valley has a disclaimer saying that "River Valley’s Privacy Policies do not apply to this third-party site", even though you have no choice but to make online payments that way. Nothing about the online portion of the bank makes any sense at all, and you'd think that a bank would take some more pride in the one required method of interaction between the customers and the organization.

  Always great friendly customer service. Very helpful in resolving a situation that I had. The coin changer machine is just so amazing for me to convert for cash on trips.

  Had fraudulent charges on my account and they made me pay for them.

  Talk about an awful online interface and archaic username requirements... I can't wait til I've paid this off just to stop using their online banking!
