  The ridiculous staff at the HEB location on Babcock refused my service for not wearing a mask. All I need to do was make a deposit

  We apologize for the inconvenience Mr. Rangel. To maintain the safety of both our staff and members, we are currently requiring the use of masks while visiting any of our lobbies. For contactless transactions, we have drive-thrus available at our Jackson-Keller and Augusta locations, and night drops available in all of our branches (check deposits only).

  Cynthia, the Manager is wonderful. I've been a member since 1980 and the service has always been phenomenal. They remember you by name and are always quick to help. Always finding you the best answer and resolving any issue that may occur. I'm thrilled to have my bank where I shop. Thank you River City Federal Credit Union!!!!

  They are straight garbage here literally will give them what they need and get no help in return. Theres a Terry here that’s just so damn rude literally wished my car loan was from somewhere else makes me want to just trade it in and just pay someone else off. To say I hate going here would be an understatement. The worst possible constant trash customer service ever. McDonald’s is nicer then the human garbage here. Please take this warning and go else where please.

  This credit union was initially started as a Telecommunications Workers Credit Union. It primarily serviced Southwestern Bell and then later AT&T. It seems they adopted the same "customer friendly" policies you can find at AT&T as well as the "left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing" method of customer (dis) service. Beware if you take out a vehicle loan from them and actually pay it off. They seem unable to actually produce a title for vehicles once paid off. I'm now six weeks into this kind of debacle with them and have no confidence that it will be resolved before I have to escalate it to the State Attorney General. Stay away from these morons. Far, far away.

  Worst credit union in san antonio. They decline your card outside of SA. They will find any bogus reason to not deposit a check. Recently they went from many locations down to three. This is a sign of a failing bank. Go elsewhere to bank.

  This Credit Union Sucks. The Smart Ass Mouth of Erica The Customer Service Representative is the Reason for this NEGATIVE REVIEW! Twice i asked this Dummy to Assist me with my Account and Never Once did she answer my Question. Just a mouth full of babble and confrontation. Will be filing complaint with the corporate office. DO NOT JOIN THIS PLACE THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL...

  I always have a pleasant experience at all branches, but Babcock location is exceptional. Namoi recently resloved a minor issue, with upmost professionalism and courtesy, and I appreciate her and the rest of the staff!

  Don't ever open an account with these people. They are rude and will harass you if you owe them money. I just got a phone call a few days before Christmas and the lady told me she is turning me in to an attorneys office "happy holidays" she said. WOW I was just wow. So inappropriate, disgusting and unprofessional and all because I owe less than $100. I'm speechless..
