  Went into the store looking around and this lady greeted me with a smile, her name is Farrah. She made me feel comfortable and made sure that I knew she was there for my assistance if needed. I saw how she not once let any other customer feel like they were more important than the other when I was there. I will definitely be back!! Farrah is very helpful and welcoming...

  ANY PLACE IS BETTER.has all ways been my go to Pawin shop NO MORE.....this place was all ways great. I had not been in a while I had not come across hard times in past I've pawned jewelry and got like 15 bucks for gas...so today I go in asking and understanding a fair price...we go back and forth a little and agree to a set amount.THEN I have to wait after he could not get his computer to work and I guess he didnt know what he was doing. tries handing me ten Less then what we had agreed on. so they r not honest....they r not understanding. they low ball then try tricking you.

  This is a fantastic store to go to!! Great selection and service as well! Look for an employee named "Adrain" who helps me a lot when it comes to choosing the best deals for this place.

  Horrible. I have never been so upset after leaving a business. They tried to rip me off on two TVs. I'd pay triple to go somewhere else and not deal with unprofessional crooks. I wish I would have read all the other bad reviews before going. Such a completely unprofessional business. The only nice person working there was the woman with brown hair. Needs new staff.

  I went in to buy a phone they had put on OfferUp. The girl who was 'assisting' me was totally blahhh..no hello, no smile and seemed annoyed that she had to get up off her azz to get the key to open the display. I had come with full funds to make the purchase, but after getting a whiff of her stank I would have to be given a better deal to spend my money there. I asked her could I get a better deal. She said, "What do you want, what do you want?" Confused I said, "I want the phone." She said, "Well, what are you offering?" Why not talk to me professionally from the start when it's apparent that you can? To keep it short..rudeness and bad communication skills made it hard for me to spend my money there.
