  This is my new bank after moving from Wyoming. Every service and interaction was right on point. I had some questions I needed to remember to ask and before my account and brand new card was printed right in house, I didn't have any questions. Very knowledgeable and skilled professionals.   Several years ago I applied for a loan with a large national lender and was denied (with a credit score over 700). When I asked why, I was told that the processing center would send me a letter explaining the denial. I was complaining to a friend who gave me this very wide advice, "Never bank with someone unless you are able to sit across a desk from them and discuss your loan". I took their advice and applied with Valley and was immediately approved. I have since done a few loans and have other accounts with Valley because they are local Montana neighbors who will sit across the desk from you and discuss your situation. Plus they've got great looking guys like Brandon Scala, Casey Klein, and Joe Olivo... the trifecta of good looking bankers. Thanks Valley, I appreciate you.

  From my very first loan when my credit was not necessarily stellar to the loans that followed, Valley has always made it a point to assist me with all of my banking needs!   Valley Credit Union is a beautiful bank run by very receptive and helpful people. It is easily accessible and the process from any of the awesome staff at the counter to private meetings with clerks in their offices is just as amazing. I literally was in and out without there being any complications as all my questions and needs for checking/savings taken care of. Out of 3 banks I have been at, Valley is the best one in all my life and I doubt I will ever consider leaving. Thanks Valley Credit Union, keep up the awesome work.

  Bryan Barth at the Custer branch is the go to banker for loans. Every time I need help he gets to me immediately and takes care of me better than any other banker in town. Straight and to the point, professional, and charismatic. Kudos to Mr. Barth!
