  Liked this place a lot. They had the DVD I had been looking for, and couldn't find at three other pawn shops. Staff was friendly and casual in a good way. The man that helped me was very knowledgeable about music, and the customer service was great.

  I don’t think I’ve even been more insulted. I can understand that you need to make money to but I put out a way low offer for the items I have and you wanted to offer me half of what I was asking. I use to come here a lot had a bad experience before and didn’t come back tell today Now I remember why I stopped coming here. Don’t shop or pawn here. They will all just rip you off then tell you are also wrong

  I went in to pawn something. Needed small amount of cash fast. At first an Asian guy tells me "naw we will pass on this"... Well that would have gotten a 1 star review... But his more alert and experienced Co-worker stepped in and was very professional and took over the transaction so I was able to leave with satisfaction. Very please at his work there. The other guy needs alot of work tho.

  I have visited this place several times and every time was greeted with an attitude. Sales staff is rude and evasive. The merchandise is very expensive a lot of the time more than new. Most of the tools have somebody's name on them. Avoid this tweaker den.

  Albert was really awesome great customer service helped me load up my 2 ac units gave me a good deal and helped me put them in my car!!! Fast friendly great service highly recommend thank u Albert!!!

  I have great memories at the first national pawn because i used to go there for fun with my dad when I was little, sometimes wed buy stuff too. The people there are awsome.

  I pawned a 120 dollar pellet gun and it came back with a broken safety switch and the guy said he would give me my 30 dollars back and keep the gun. Not worth anyone's time. Scam

  One of my favorite places to go stroll around on my day off. there is plenty of space and all the employees are always welcoming and fun. ie: One of them is always singing to a rock song!

  Have a wide selection of dvds, all $1 each except for new and blue ray. The best place to buy cheep movies. Now my go to place to buy movies. Got newish movies Thor Ragnarok, Jumanji 2, and the 8th star wars movie. However, I had to wait at the register for a while until someone came.

  Every time I have shopped there I loved everything about this store. The people the items and the cleanliness, all are great. I live on the coast of Washington so I am unable to shop at the store but one a year when I go home to MONTANA. I am now going to try the internet and I'll let you know how that works for me 😀😀😀
