  Riley helped us during the process of buying our first home. He was incredibly insightful helping us understand what we could afford and delivered timely responses once we found our home for quick approvals. The escrow process flew by with no speed bumps all in thanks to Riley working around the clock to get ahead of everything that came our way. Not only did he deliver on all promises and put us in the best situation with our loan and home, but he remained involved post-escrow to answer questions about our mortgage, taxes etc. Riley remains our go-to for anything we need and I would recommend him to others seeking a trusted advisor that will work hard to get what you need.

  What can I say about Riley other than WOW! His knowledge of the real estate industry was second to none.   This is my second refi with Mares in 15 months. Riley’s a pro. He understood all the things I was looking for in my Refi, and found me the best market loan. He and his support team are fast and accurate. I didn’t have to ask for anything twice. I think I had to dedicate an hour total to the refi over the course of 3 weeks, and lowered my payment hundreds each month. Highly recommend.
