  My first time buying a motorcycle and at first I thought it was going to be difficult, but the sales associate Nathan helped me choose the right bike that fits me best. He was really knowledgeable, patient and gave me great advice on choosing the perfect bike. The store had a huge selection of bikes, the deals were fantastic. I would recommend everyone to this location because of the great buying experience as a customer.

  I had a very good experience with buying a RZR from RideNow thanks to Kevin Spain for all his knowledge on all the different models and the whole team there were great. Alex Lucero was informative of all the service points on the RZR that he explained to me and pointed out and Matisse was also very helpful and knowledgeable about all the parts as well as aftermarket part questions that I had.   Chance helps me get my hands on a Desert Can-am. Whenever I called with questions he answered. Financing helped me get approved for the loan. Chance always kept in touch when an update happened threw out the way. Went out his way to stay late after closing to finish up everything. I highly recommend them to anyone. Will be coming back in 2 years to pickup another Can-am for sure.

  Miles is excellent with customer service, product knowledge, and keeping the process moving forward. Not if WHEN we come back and shop again we will definitely be going back and dealing with the professionals like miles! Answered every question we had, took his times with the process made sure everything was good on both ends. Didn’t push or force in anyway, didn’t just want to make a sales, he actually cared about our wants and needs. Anyone and everyone needs to see these guys! Dallas was the finance guy who helped the process get finalized with miles! Great team work and looking forward to future business.

  Was in Peoria for business and had to leave the next morning to Amarillo. The HUGE American Flag caught my eye and my wife said it was an Indian Dealer. We turned around and walked through the doors 15 minutes before they were closing. Sean greeted me immediately and stayed after hours to make sure that all my questions were answered. We had been there for 2 and 1/2 hours.We agreed to do a test drive the next morning. Postponed our trip and met Sean at the door when they opened. Test drove the Road Master and made the deal. Came back the following weekend and pick up my baby. Been riding for 46 years and this is the best bike I've ever owned. Thank you Sean for taking the time (after you closed) and making me feel like a valued customer. TOP NOTCH

  We have been a boat family for years and years and some time ago we sold our boat to do kid stuff. The time came for my wife and I to get back into watercraft so we decided to look into a Seadoo. We went to the Peoria store and met Dallas. Great guy, honest and knowledgeable. We agreed on a demo deal. It was late in the day so I went back the next day to take delivery. Well, the deal seemed to start coming apart. I didn't get to see the machine until the day of delivery and it was not what I expected. They hadn't taken the time to clean it up from their demo adventure and it looked like it had just come from a rough day at the lake. Long story short, the RideNow team rallied around my concerns and ultimately delivered with exceptional customer service. I can;t thank Jason King enough for the support and ultimate outcome. This team rocked it and I would recommend this store all day!

  Amazing crew! Very helpful, much better experience than I thought it would be, our sales rep James , their finance department and everyone was very thorough and helpful walking us through buying a family quad and explaining everything every step of the way!
