  Tim and his team were amazing at helping me get into my first home!! They made the process super simple, calmed my nerves, and answered all my questions so that I understood each step. They kept in touch with me at every turn. There were even times that Tim was responding to my emails at all hours of the morning, answering questions that I had. He is definitely dedicated to getting you set in your new loan. Not only was the whole process smooth and easy, they gave me the best home loan rate compared to any other company I had found!   Tim and Mayra helped me with my purchase, and back then, I was working full time. Then, I had a medical problem, and while I was talking with Tim a few years later, he reviewed my mortgage compared to today's rates, and was able to save me the $200 a month that I lost from not working as much! Thanks Tim and Mayra! Now we can live on more than mac and cheese! (And I love how fast they are!)

  I did mortgages for 18 years... and knew our new purchase was going to be a tough one to make happen. After speaking with Tim (who was the lender for the people who purchased my home, I’d sold a few months back) during that transaction, I knew who I needed to call to get our deal done. Tim was Extremely knowledgeable and found solutions to address problems that arose to OUR benefit. The entire team was proactive and very personable. Even though it wasn’t an easy loan to make happen... they got the job done and in record time! If I were still in the industry, I’d work for them in a heartbeat... but since I’m not, I’ll just be referring anyone and everyone I know to using them!! Thanks for everything guys!
