  Brett and his team are a delight to work with. He handled my first house loan and also handled my refi a few years later. As new house owners, I had a million and one questions to ask, and he always took the time to answer each and every one. Whether it would be by text , phone or email....he and his team are always available. I would definitely recommend him to new home buyers or homeowners seeking to get a refi on their current loan.   Bret and the NEXA Mortgage team was on top of all emails and quick to respond, even if it was outside of normal business hours.   I have worked with Brett and his team on several occasions when refinancing my mortgage. Once I submitted all needed documents the process went very smooth and fast. Brett or anyone from his team was in contact with me on regular basis to update me on the status of my refinancing. Any time I had any question Brett got back to me right away or within very reasonable time. The last time I worked with Brett I needed my refinancing to be expedited due to me going out of town and again Brett and his team made it happen and I closed before originally scheduled time.
