  I'm a used car dealer and I wouldn't think about buying a Toyota anywhere else. The very best staff, management, and service. They always always take care of us. We have bought three new cars here and we are going to buy our 4th here as well very soon. The very best combination of service, quality of people, and price. You can tell that the ownership here is very interested making sure everything is top notch, which it is. The very best Toyota dealer by far in the Midwest. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Great customer service and truly work with you for new and used purchases. Their auto shop is very up front and helpful. Have purchased several new and used through them and am very likely to continue with them for the foreseeable future.

  Luis is a great salesman, he is very friendly and detail oriented and he always goes out of his way to say hi and talk to me when I bring my vehicle for oil changes or other routine maintainence. Like pretty much all name brand dealerships their service department is pretty spendy but you pay for their knowledge and quality parts.

  Great (and super friendly) service department. I was on a road trip through the area and realized I was due in for my 10k service. They got me in with only a day’s notice, on a Saturday, and was in/out in an hour. Such a nice waiting area, too, with coffee, doughnuts, tv, etc. I wish I could come here for all my service intervals instead of my home dealer in Boulder. Oh yeah! They even washed my car! Boulder Toyota doesn’t do that for me :(

  We have been dealing at Rick Collins for over 10 years. They are AWESOME. Customer Service, Service Center, problems with vehicles (which are few, but sometimes happen, even with Toyota) - they go out of their way to be welcoming and to make you feel like you matter to them as a customer. And TOYOTA is the best brand out there! Woo-hoo!!!!

  What a great dealership. We have purchased five vehicles from them. Service is top notch. A coffee bar, fruit, donuts, cookies in waiting room. A free vehicle wash and vacuum with service. Free shuttle. Friendly staff. What is not to love?

  The shop was very professional. My car needed repairs and i had to wait until the next day to,check on my warranty. I was called by 9AM to tell me that it was under warranty. When the part came in I had my car back the same day after being told it would be ready the next day. Wonderful service

  Sold me a lemon and produced the moon..i had to pay full retail on a windshield they said was fixed. Said they replaced the windshield wipers on every vehicle that they sold...well mine are shot ..lol. I've had 7000.00 in motor repairs and have owned the truck for 9 mos. They had just enough gas in the truck for a trip to the gas station. So a very short test drive. My mom bought a car from them..new..and both of us will never buy a again from them. Terrible sales people and tried to scam me on the extra warranty . Agian. I will never do business with them again.
