  Walked in literally 30 min till closing time and they still offered to help. Honestly didnt think we would be approached for a car, Eric helped us with patience. Was understanding and willing to help to the fullest! Got us into a car. I wasnt able to catch the boss ladies name, I want to say hannah "with the curly hair" But she was genuine and respectful! I haven't felt that from no other car shop! Seems like others just want to make there sales but with them they wanted to help us and get us right! Will deff be referring others to them! We are happy to be apart of the car hop family and cant wait to see how this all plays out 🤞 thanks so much again

  I highly recommend Carhop! Thank you Erik for all the help today. Not only was Erik professional, he also follows within the Covid-19 guidelines. 😊 Carhop is the place to 🚗 shop. Now we're able to get around on our own time.

  I came into Carhop and Jessica McNeely was quick to greet me and start the process of how we could get me into a car. She was very thorough and quick. She was honest about the cars and process. In the end...she got me a car!! I drove away today with a car that I love!! She is the best...thanks carhop!!

  I had a great experience. I came in with all my documents needed and I was out within minutes with a car. Very good customer service from Jessica. She walked me through everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. Well recommend CarHop to friends.

  Went to the Sioux City Iowa location.. walked around and looked at vehicles for about 15 minutes and then went inside to find someone to talk to. The gentleman seemed extremely annoyed that we were even there. Was very short with me and didn’t seem to want to help me, let alone sell me a car. I was in the building a total of maybe 5 minutes. Left because he couldn’t sell me a car with my situation. He tossed a business card at me and said come back in a few months.. I will not go back. Poor customer service!

  Jessica... Lemme tell ya, she didn't let a single thing get in her way into getting me in the car I wanted. Five stars, this place is amazing. Definitely recommend this place to my friends and Jessica too. Every where else denied me. She wouldn't let that happen. Good customer service I couldn't ask for anything better.

  Carhop Is The Best Place Ever! I Recommend This Place To Anyone Struggling With Credit! I Would Like To Say That They Went Out Of Their Way To Make Sure I Was Able To Get A Car. I Do Not Have The Best Credit In The World And Didn’t Even Think Id Get Approved. For Them To Make Sure I Was Comfortable And Working With Me Despite Many Minor Issues Says A lot About Their Characters Alone! Thank You José And Karissa!
