  Rick and his team helped me with purchasing my first home and recently helped me refinance my loan. Both experiences were very smooth and transparent.   6/29/2021 - I had spoke to Rick Bettencourt about three weeks ago about refinancing our home. Rick said he was going to look into details about my employment and get back to me. Never did. If you couldn’t work with us, it would have been great to let me know, not just bIow me off. Very unprofessional in my experience.
