  Justin was my mortgage professional for the purchase of a new home in August of 2018. The circumstance of my new home purchase was leveraging a VA loan to purchase a new property contingent on the sale of my previous home in San Diego. This was not an easy task as I was purchasing a home in Hudson, NH from southern California. But if there was anyone up for the task, it was Justin.   Justin made buying our first home a breeze! Everyone says buying a house is very stressful, well with Justin it was not at all! We were unsure where to start with shopping for home owners insurance, and Justin of course, helped to connect us with the perfect agency.   Justin went above and beyond to help explain the entire mortgage process to me and my wife and we closed on our new home earlier than expected.   I had never refinanced before and my rate was at 6%. My house was 'underwater' for many years. One night driving home from work I heard the NewFed commercial on 1030am. It caught my interest that they offered shorter term mortgages, I called right away and was connected to Justin. He was able to tell me in that first conversation what my house is worth and my credit score and what he could do for me. I had some paperwork to send in and I was quickly approved and delighted to get a new rate of 3%. The process was much easier and faster that I thought it would be. Justin works hours that worked with my schedule and we did our communicating after my work hours. He also kept me informed of his other team members that would be contacting me for other information. I was able to take cash out and pay off my credit cards and I'm on a 15 year loan which was how much time I had left initially. The best part that also made this process stress free, is that the lawyer came to my office and we were able to finish up the paperwork in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Justin, he is a true professional. Thank you Justin!

  I heard about New Fed mortgage on the radio and I called the number that is the first time I met Justin Arsenault. I tried other mortgage companies and those people try to hurry me through the process it made me uncomfortable. Justin answered all my questions and as we were going through the mortgage process I trusted Justin more and more I felt like I’ve known Justin for a long time he made me feel comfortable when I asked questions he always answered the phone one time I had called not knowing he was on vacation I told Justin to forget it and that I was sorry he told me don’t worry about it and answered my question. Justin and New Fed mortgage helped me and my family. It has been about nine months with my new mortgage if I have any questions at all Justin is still answering the phone.
