  No transaction is the same, and a simple refi can have a few hurdles from time to time. Rich made the deal work yet again. I have worked with Rich personally and professionally for over 8 years,. He is very reliable and closes transactions on time or early time and time again. I think if you are looking for a lender that can close your deals fast and will always make time for clients then I can't recommend Rich enough.

  Ryan Zannini is THE BEST! I can't even put into words how much I loved working with Ryan. He made the process so easy and so fun. I know I walked away with the greatest service and with a friend for life. I just hope NewFed realizes how lucky they are to have Ryan with them.

  Thanks to Julie & Team for navigating the unforeseen circumstances Covid-19 threw at them to handle my refinance flawlessly. Yeah it may have taken longer than usual to close vs. non Covid era but they handled communication & transparency well. I refinanced or closed on a mortgage 5 times in my life...this was my best experience by far. Thank you Julie and NewFed!!

  I'm usually one that does not do surveys. With that being said, i was so impressed with the whole process that Neil was able to give me. He not only over delivered, he exceeded my expectations. Neil is a stand up business man who's word is worth his weight in gold. throughout the process he was on top of things and really commutative. You always here people say how much of a hassle it is to refinance. Not with Neil, he he is on your side from start to finish. Neil had my best interest.
