  Very fast service and very helpful. I came in with a car title issue and the guy explained to me how I could get it done much easier and for little money. Highly recommend this place. Will return.

  ZERO Stars!!! If you can go ANYWHERE Else please do! The lady there was Extremely rude and unprofessional! She Whited Out the date that was on the form that I needed notarized and wrote in the WRONG DATE!! She moved Extremely SLOW! As if to be antagonizing…. She took 30 MINUTES to notarize TWO forms!! And for some reason she kept pushing her religious opinions! All I Needed Was A Form Notarized!! I’ll never go there again!!

  I have had to use Richton Park Exchange last year to get my Cable bill paid quickly electronically & Jessie was very happy to help me. I highly recommend this business!!

  Will never call or give business to this establishment ever again. Jessie who is obviously of Mexican decent has a heavy accent. Asked her numerous of times to repeat herself and give me her regional managers name and number. Of course I wasn’t sure how to spell the name so I asked and she kept talking over me saying I was rude when I needed information she didn’t want to help me with! Upset I mentioned about her accent and she hung up every time I called calling to threaten to call the police on me talking about harassment. Lol you shouldn’t be in customer service rude not even knowing what a person has on their agenda or plate that day. My dad has been going here for years. Never again will I allow it.

  I dread going to the currency exchange but this place is so helpful and nice! Just come prepared. In and out in 10 minutes with a title transfer from Michigan and transferred my personal plates. This would have taken hours at the DMV !

  Cook County came back over three years after vehicle purchase claiming taxes not paid. Karen at currency exchange checked their records but unfortunately didn't go back that far. Told me exactly how to contact the State of Illinois Dept of Revenue to get proof of taxes paid. Saved me a lot of money not having to repay taxes already paid once. Extremely helpful and courteous.

  This currency exchange ran my debit card twice for 112.$ refused to work with me to return my money. This a family owned business and the owner gave me lots of promises but never followed through with returning my money back. I am now going through my bank wich will take 90 business days to get a return of my money. They own the currency exchange in Richton Park..Park Forest and Frankfort. I have never had such terrible customer service. Please dont go to this establishment.

  The first shift which is there in the morning does an excellent job, but the second which is there until closing needs and improvement in their level of professionalism. If you have a serious inquiry or need immediate expert help, do yourself a favor and come back in the morning. The ladies who work the second shift will just laugh as though they could care less.

  This place is pretty nice. Good customer service, good hours, and they keep the place very clean. So I have no complaints. I've been here several times and they are consistently good. PLEASE IGNORE the one bad review talking about wrong hours. I just corrected them. We can do that as a community FYI. This business didn't purposely put down the wrong hours.
