  I have been banking there for years and I feel like I am visiting friends. I am greeted by name, I chit chat with whom ever is waiting on me, and I have a great relationship with the branch manager Sharlene Stanley and the branch assistant manager Tony Walker. If lines are long they step into help. I would never leave that branch

  My family have been customers for many years and quite pleased with the services. Because of this I placed my business accounts with US Bank several years ago and have found all of their business services to be excellent. What more can be said...I highly recommend the bank and this particular branch.

  Thanks to a lovely mailed coupon for a free $200, for opening a checking account, I now bank here! Very friendly and professional staff. Thanks to that coupon, on my tight budget, the $200 arrived on black Friday and I was able to do my Christmas shopping this year without having to sacrifice and still able to stick to my budget! Thanks US Bank! You made my Christmas much more merry!

  If I could rate this location I would give this place a negative five stars! Today I left work to discuss an urgent banking issue. Not to mention I’ve been with US Bank for years! I arrived at 430 to the Park Forest location and was asked to drive to another location around the corner because they were closing in 30 minuets, had a customer ahead of me, that may take a while to service. I told the banker I only had twenty minutes to make it and he’d response, if you hurry you will make it before they close.. I arrived at the Richton Park location, ten minutes before closing after literally speeding to make it there, received the absolute best customer service and they stayed past closing hours to make sure each customer was serviced...the banker in my opinion was terrible and should have done her job and stayed and assisted each customer, regardless of what time she was getting off work! Ijs

  Branch had no one in to be waited on when I arrived. The Branch Manager and Branch Associate. Looked at me several times through the window of the Branch Manager's office sat more than 20 minutes with know one asking could they assist me. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I wish I had the Branch Manager's name to complain to the corporate office.

  Lol this super depressing bank. Pointless people working there is a man that sits at the front of the door no clue what his job is but all he did was walk around and bother his other employees. There aren’t any bankers here to help me the tellers are pointless. They need to shut this depressing bank down:

  They have closed. The whole crew walked out 14 months ago to collect their $600.00 a week unemployment compensation!

  I like this Branch because it's close to my house the employees there are so nice and I don't think they're doing it just because they getting paid to I go in there sometimes and I'm talking to them and I find myself there for an hour for something that only took 15 minutes but I get caught in conversation Neighborhood Family bank I recommended.

  There are never bankers here. I was told 45 minutes until a banker comes. This is very unprofessional and time consuming I’m going to just go to another branch !
