  came to deposit a check, can do it with the cash station but I still prefer to do this type of transaction in person. they recognize regular customers, greet you by name and provide fast efficient service. I do mostly online transactions but it's good to know you can still take it to the bank.

  Sat by myself in the drive up window for over twenty five minutes. Inside didn’t even acknowledge that I was here. Had to call for service twice for them to inform me of what is going on. Kept being told to wait that they were working with inside customers. Cars in parking lot coming and going and being taken care of as I sit here and continue to wait.

  Overall very slow service. There is no drive thru service so you have to go inside or use the outdoor ATM. There is often a line so I recommend being prepared to wait. There is a larger branch further into Park Forest, up the street.

  My second visit at this location. First, I used the drive thru. There is a window shade at the window. You can't see the teller. I requested a specific bills for my transaction. The teller takes your transaction, I wait 10 minutes. I buzzed the speaker, the teller comes back and says, rudely, there are several people inside the bank, I will process you next. 3 more minutes later, the transaction is returned to me, without the specific bills requested. No response whatsoever from the teller. No sorry for the relay.... please come again....very rude and unexceptable! No customer etiquette......

  I don't come to this location often, but everytime I do its a good experience. Everyone is nice here and work pretty quick. My only complaint would be that this branch​ needs to be updated. The building is really old and it show's, and there is no drive up ATM. However, having said all this I rate this branch 5 stars, because the actual service that I receive here is great.

  Horrid l’d experience had Bank of America for years— tried to open up an additional account this bank is very eager to hit you with over draft fees while they fail to fix mobile baking issues of mine
