  Recently bought a firearm form them. Prices were great. Ben was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back. They are very reasonable with their prices and they are very courteous.

  Their prices were extremely fair, and they have quite a nice selection. Understand they have to make money so don't go expecting to pay $3 for a $300 item. I bought something that ended up having a major issue and they were fantastic about working with me to get it resolved. Sales at pawn shops are final by nature, so they were really going above and beyond to make sure I left happy.

  I will never go to another pawn shop to buy anything very friendly staff you can't get anywhere else and if your looking to buy used guns this is the best place always honest and fair prices and willing to work with you also if you buy guns online have them shipped here they make it so much easier then most places and they don't have any hidden fees. Just an all around great place

  Tried using Richie's as the FFL receiving agent for my lower assembly order, however the package was refused by an employee there and was sent back to the company I purchased the lower from. I almost had to pay another shipping fee (the fee was waived this one time) to re-send the package (now using a different receiving agent) and I am now delayed several days before getting my order. Not sure why the package wasn't signed for as Richie's website invites you to use them as a receiving agent and I also called/spoke with an employee there who stated they would receive the package and call me as my name and phone number will be on the shipping label, or I could just go in once I saw tracking showed delivery. I emailed Richie's with what occurred and haven't heard back yet, so posting this review so others don't run into the same issue. I will admit the Richie's employee I spoke with prior to having my order shipped there was extremely polite and helpful, which made me want to use them, but there was a big breakdown on someone there refusing the delivery.
