  This has to be the rudest company on the planet, called in to make payment, dude hung up on me after taking my credit card info and never said a thing about recieving a receipt! So shady when you call in, everyone is abrasive and evasive. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't DOeven answer their phones half the time. NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EQUITY AUTO FINANCE!!!! #worstcustomerservice

  Were should I start I have made the payments on time with them receive the last payment call and they told me to call 3 weeks after the payment its process to take gps out of car called just to find out I had a balance of 3.50 when ask where those this come from no answer and they he tells me to just send a check of 4.00 and when that's process to call back for the gps why is he asking for 4 dollars when now supposedly I owe 3.50 and there statements never tells you nothing just a paper asking for payment you can only pay by check if not you get charge 7 dollars everywhere else. I would not recommend this financing to anyone.

  They never answer the fone , I have tried call to pay my car but so many calls and nothing, from the website is the same. Has been a Bad experience. as soon I can will refinance with another company.

  These people are so rude so fast to hang up they offer no kind of deferment for people having any kind of hardship which in all my years I’ve never heard of they don’t even try to help pages are fast to hang up on you they really need some federal agents

  Tremendous experience, treats everyone like family. Today was my last payment. Very exciting but sad at the same time, because I already miss them.   I've had a loan with Equity and they are great, from the moment my financing started to the day it finished. Everytime i called there was someone there to help, someone to assist with a friendly voice. Thank you Equity for giving me the chance.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I AM A CORPORATE DEALER. Called in and guy could barely speak English and wouldn't get me to a manager. My customer put down 30 grand and then they robbed the car from her... Shame on these people
