  Mike sold us a used 2015 Forester. We love the car but the service we received there was the reason we walked out to discuss our options and ended up returning to Mike. I've worked in customer service for 20 years and Mike is top notch - knows how to make a sale and treat his customers! We'll be coming back for our next car in 2020! See y'all again soon!

  Mike Provilon just sold my wife a new Subaru Outback. His friendly demeanor and professionalism was contagious. We walked us through every step of the buying process and made it effortless. He was able to answer all our questions and solve any issues we had. I would highly recommend Mike as your salesman here. Jay walked us through the final financing procedure and helped us get an extended warranty and even took care of us for being repeat customers here. This is a friendly no hassle dealership.

  We just purchased our 1st Subaru from Lucas thanks to Eric & Greg. No hassle experience from start to finish. Eric & Greg were extremely professional starting from a casual walkin to test drive a Forester & Outback to getting us the best price around to locating & delivering the exact Outback model we wanted.   The service department was very accommodating. I called at 6:30am for a flat and they were able to repair my tire and gave me back in the road in no time. All without having an appointment. Great Service!

  Paid a second view with another advisor at the same location. They are really experts. They tried to ensure me the AC motor is fine. This time they showed me data. I shall trust them at the first time, guess the little sound makes me paranoid lol. Additionally, their diligence extra service. I drove to the location with a low washer fluid level and the car is covered by some ice/snow/salt. I had a bottle of washer fluid at my passenger seat. I was trying to fill it up after my visit. Here's the best part. After my visit, the car got cleaned up! All the snow effects were washed away. And my dash light for washer fluid is off, but my bottle of the fluid was still on the seat! They helped me filled up! On the house! This is definitely a place I'll pay my next visit and the one after that. -----------Revised-------------- I'll just leave a mark here, I stopped by before Christmas regarding an abnormal "electric flow sound" comes from the passenger side. The tech guy, Jason, located the problem is from the AC fan motor. He called this "totally normal". And left this issue that time, he thought there was nothing to be repaired. Well, to me, I never heard this noise before, this is the first time it occurs and they told me it's normal and leave it there? That sound makes me uncomfortable, for weeks. If i don't turn on radio to cover the noise, it makes me very very very stressful, but what can I do? They didn't fix it. So the least i can do is leave my comments here to show the noise has happened for a while but nobody cars about it. If anything real bad occurs to my AC motor/fan, it will not be my fault, I will blame the guy who reject to check/fix it further the last time i reported it.

  Smooth and fast transaction from bringing in my car to picking it up. I trust Subaru to maintain my Jeep! as I don't have any faith in my local Jeep dealers. The guys at Lucas are fair and don't "find" things wrong that aren't there. This is something I can't say about other shops. Thanks fellas!

  First time using Richard Lucas Subaru and it will not be the last. I found the location convenient to my home on Staten Island and the service performed was completed in the stated timeframe. The personnel were very professional and the waiting area is very comfortable.

  Purchased our first Subaru. Greg, Jack, and Jason made purchasing a vehicle from Richard Lucas Subaru a smooth experience.   The mechanics know what they are doing and don't try to take advantage of you. Jason is a star and will go above and beyond to help. The newly renovated service area is much more organized then the previous layout they were working with. Great job.
