  Horrible customer service. I came in, as an existing customer and I was pushed to the side while one of the representatives chatted on the phone. Only To be looked past, he asked another customer what he could help him with and the customer explained I came in before him. To which the rep rolled his eyes at me ??? Take your bad day somewhere else, not out on customers.

  Bank is clean and good. But there is only one associate serving as teller when there is busy time. It’s a waiting of 15 minutes. Advice: better you can have two tellers when there is a peak hour.

  Branch manager is inexperienced. You are only wasting your time if you come here. I went to this branch to fix an issue with a business account and the relationship banker, nor the manager did not know how to fix the problem. It was as simple as scanning documents into the system. Had to go to a different branch to do it for me.

  This branch of chase SUCKS..either the drive through doesn't work.or.the ATM machine is broken..the lines.and waiting time.is outrageous..you try to get money from their atms.and it can't be accomplish... you try to deposit while in the branch is close ..it is a nightmare. What are they waiting for to fix the problem...an invitation letter.maybe?. Considering.that there's not many branches of.the bank..it few ones.must work like a new engine. It is.costumer service matter.

  I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with this branch and today it topped it. In the past, I’ve gone there to take care of things within the branch and I’ve had to sit there and wait while the employees were sitting around and talking to each other instead of taking care of their clients. Today, To deposit a check into an account of a family member I wasn’t able to. I didn’t want to know how much was in the account. All I wanted to do was to deposit a Xmas gift and I wasn’t able to. My mother had gone to another branch literally few days before and they did it with no problem. Problem is that I went right at the end of the day and they just didn’t want to help me. If your able to use another branch please do. Don’t use this one.

  The drive-thru ATM is regularly out of service. Large cash deposits will result in an error having to file a claim with HQ. Poorly managed Branch; I am sure a monkey can do a better job operating this place.

  The tellers never forget your face, upon walking in your being greeted and helped. Even with the pandemic same treatment. This branch is protecting their customers practicing safe distancing and mandating mask. Protective shield at the counter also extra mask and hand sanitizer available. Questions? or Concerns? The staff is knowledgeable, patient, respectful, helpful, caring, eager to satisfy. Parking is available at this branch . Thank you for your service.

  Everytime I go to the ATM there I can never get cash out unless the branch is open. Totally defeats the purpose when you obviously need cash on off hours. Ridiculous! The only positive is the woman teller when I go in is exceptionally sweet and welcoming.

  This is the worst Chase Bank ever. The ATMs never work and the they only have 1 teller working with 12 people on line. I am moving my account.

  The worst service I had ever received by bankers. They approach to you ask about your questions and concerns and then right-away "ping-pong" you stating that the other banker will take care of me. Now the question arises then what the hack you came to me when from the start you are not planning to help me?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Thats called unprofessionalism and its not acceptable by business accounts holders... Frankly, its called "imitation of busy work environment" when you bank staff don't give a "cake" to your customers.., Yes, im talking about this specific branch bankers and NOT TELLERS...🤨🤨🤨
