  What a wonderful and easy experience we had using them for our first home! Bish Mazumdar was the absolute best answered every question, was in contact everyday, helped us close early and quickly in only 21 days. Got us a great rate. Loved how reachable and convenient it was all online through email calls and texts. Walked us through every step and seemed to genuinely care about getting us in our home and sharing our happiness when we closed!   Thanks to Lion Mortgage we closed our house last week. The support and follow up by Bish was excellent. He was always there with us from start to closing and answered all our questions even after business hours. The other people required and recommended by him - Attorney, Home Inspector and the Insurance agents were also very good. Each of them delivered very professionally. He also advised and locked the rate at a right time which got us the lowest rate possible. The closing was also very quick and smooth and took less than an hour to complete. I would certainly recommend to go with them.

  Bish Mazumdar from Lion Mortgage was very professional and prompt in processing my home mortgage refinancing. The whole process went very smooth and was completed in matter of weeks. As promised, It was a true zero closing cost re-financing deal. I was surprised when I was refunded for the additional appraisal fees for the second inspection visit. Also the government fees were refunded which I have never seen with any other broker agent. Best part of dealing with Bish is his honest and transparent approach. Bish is a very knowledgeable and resourceful person. He is very honest, trustworthy, transparent and proactive.
