  Richard is amazing. I am a very anxious person, and this process is naturally very stressful. Although he maintained his professionalism, he was kind, patient, responsive, and never even hinted at the fact that Iwas annoying! He is 100% the reason my family is now in our home, and for that we will be eternally grateful. He works himself to death for his clients! Thank you!!

  Richard was amazing to work with! He had very clear communication and made our first home buying experience as less stressful as possible!
