  I recently purchased a Yamaha-R3 and was paying a high rate with AllState. I sought another insurance because I simply couldn’t afford the monthly rate asked by allstate. Angela Velo from State Farm in Mohegan Lake provided me an excellent deal including medical coverage that allstate didn’t for less than half the rate. Everyone in that office especially Angela went about this matter very professionally and kind, and I knew right away I was in good hands. Recommend highly!

  I've been with Rich Mohan for almost 40 years. First with Rich Sr. and now with Rich Jr. I've been well taken care of, but never more than when I began to work with Angela Velo. Angela has guided me through quite a few transactions and she has always taken such good care of me. She is incredibly smart and super professional! I don't normally write reviews, but this is one time I truly wanted to share my experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend State Farm.. Many years of satisfaction with them and working with Angela has been truly wonderful

  I’ve been with State Farm Insurance for 5 years with the office in Mohegan lake. Angela takes good care of me and my family. Very professional and very knowledgeable in her field.   I literally cannot say enough good about my now 35 years with State Farm. Though I have worked with a couple of offices during that time -due to relocating and office retirement- Rich Mohan's office in Lake Mohegan has been just fantastic by every measure: always friendly, helpful, professional, smart/thoughtful, take the time to PROACTIVELY review policies and changing needs, estimates, inform me of new products, remind me BEFORE I lapse on payments missed... You could not ask for better service be it in person at the office, over the phone/fax/e-mail, or with the extremely well designed & executed Android app. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office, Gloria Vega-Matos (whom I have often worked with recently; though previous representatives have be exceptional as well) and State Farm in general. I frequently shop price, mostly to ensure markets considerations haven't changed, and even there State Farm is always -at least- competitive,

  I was recently in a traumatizing car accident in which my car was totaled... I called the following day (still in shock) Angela’s first response was “are you ok?!?” From there on every little detail was laid out for me to regroup and get back on the road. Every part of the process my hand was held, and I was walked through how to move forward (as I am not an expert in totaling cars) from the rental car, to my medical, and any other question I had was laid out in plain English for me. The entire team really made my horrible experience as seamless as possible... and during this pandemic no less!!! I can’t thank them enough for the care and professionalism they provided me, and always have! Thank you State Farm!!!!
