  Highly recommend Doug Petri and his team at A.S.A.P. Mortgage (Johanna, Cindy, and others). From the moment I spoke to Doug I knew I was in the best hands. Throughout the process he explained everything and was always available to answer questions. I have worked with other mortgage companies in the past and the experience with A.S.A.P./Doug was by far the best and smoothest!!!

  They are awesome!!! Best company to buy your home with. We love Jen Maldonado. She is so professional courteous efficient and helps you along the way!!!   Working with A.S.A.P Mortgage was a great overall experience. As a first time home buyer with my fiancee, it was very refreshing to have a team of people who were kind, genuine, honest, knowledgeable, communicative, and always available. I felt like they were on our "side" or they were working for us as opposed to the mortgage company. A.S.A.P Mortgage even sent us a card at our new address to congratulate us and thank us for our business. I have recommended them to anyone that has asked and will continue to do so. I will personally use them again. I cannot say enough good things about the company or the team. Simply amazing!

  We absolutely recommend A.S.A.P. Mortgage! They helped my wife and I purchase our first house together. Jennifer Maldonado is an incredible person to work with, and she was so helpful during the whole process. Overall, it was a great experience working with A.S.A.P. Mortgage!

  It has been a year since our family finished business with ASAP Mortgage. This is the first review for a reason. After a year we have an opportunity to reflect on: did my mortgage broker put me with the right bank, get the best rate, show the best service, work for my family to put us in the best mortgage for our future. Others might look at those questions and say "meh". We can answer in the affirmative that ASAP Mortgage was able to do it all. We were fortunate to work with Jen Maldonado who was able to work her magic on identifying the best lender. When that lender didn't want to acknowledge the terms that she worked on with their representatives, she fought to get us back to those original terms. She worked through the evening, on her birthday, to get the lender to agree to their original terms. That's dedication. Through the process Irene Amato called us personally to explain situations that would arise/change. Some business owners are present in the process, others are absent. Irene wasn't just there at the end to "glad hand" the business. She was there when terms were changed to help us understand what was going on and to remind us to trust Jen would guide us in for a smooth landing. My wife and I had both obtained mortgages to prior properties through a bank. This was our first experience with a mortgage broker. We hope to be in our home for the long-term. But if you're looking for great support and a broker that will work for you, it's ASAP Mortgage.

  I first dealt with ASAP mortgage and Irene about 14 years ago when I purchased my first home she came highly recommended by my brother who doesn’t trust anyone he assured me that she was good people in that ASAP will do everything they could to get me the best rate for my mortgage I also was dealing with a local bank and I quickly realized the true difference between a mortgage broker at a bank is the bank works for themselves and the mortgage broker works for you Irene And her team were amazing to work with from start to finish laying out everything we needed to do as it was our first home and we had no idea made everything a seamless and easy as possible needless to say over the years I have recommended Irene and SAP mortgage to pretty much any when I come in contact with that is buying a new home. In the years since ASAP mortgage and Irene have won multiple awards for their superior service they are not only The best mortgage brokers in Westchester county but truly one of the best businesses in Westchester county. I would recommend them to anyone looking at any type of property small or large no that they care about your purchase almost as much as you do thank you for the years of success in partnership with me and my wife.

  We have used them twice now, once in 2015 and again in 2017. Their team was amazing while patient with our urgency. They were knowledgeable in the VA component and handled everything on our behalf. Hopefully we bought our last home however should we refinance or buy/sell we will only use ASAP mortgage. I also refer them to everyone.

  Irene and her entire team were a pleasure to work with - they took a lot of the hassle and all of the pain of securing and closing our mortgage off our hands, so we could focus on the move itself. I have recommended ASAP to others over the past few years since we used them.
