  Rich and his team are amazing. They have gone above and beyond what I could have expected. As a first time home buyer they helped walk me through the process with very much patience. I don’t recall ever looking to get in contact with Rich and being unable to reach him. Rich made sure we met the necessarily deadlines in order to close little before we initially thought which is unheard of.
