  Rich helped my wife and I secure a mortgage on the first home we've bought together and we couldn't be happier with his level of service and attention to detail. The last time I got a mortgage was in 2007... and boy oh boy are things different these days. While the mortgage process isn't exactly "fun", Rich really makes the whole experience incredibly manageable and does everything possible to put your minds at ease. Rich was thorough and responsive. On the rare occasion he was unavailable, he made sure someone from his office where ready to answer his calls and help his clients. I can't say enough positive things about our experience. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciated the attention to detail that Rich provided and the long hours he is willing to log in order to provide his clients with the best service possible.

The key highlight was that he made us feel comfortable through a stressful process because he was very attentive and always available for a call in addition to having very good insight and knowledge about the market. Good brokers are sometimes difficult to find and i can confidently say that Rich puts his clients first and performs at a top level to cater to their needs and get the deal done.   Rich is a true professional and an all around great guy. He helped us to refinance our townhome and not only got us the best rate of anyone we talked to, he got it done quickly and kept on top of everything to make sure the closing happened quickly. There are so many moving pieces, even with a relatively simple refinance, so his attention to detail was crucial.   Rich was super helpful as first time homebuyers. He was always willing to answer our questions (of which we had plenty) and help us troubleshoot to get to our target closing date without an issue.
