  I felt constantly supported. There was never a point where I felt I couldn't ask a question, address a concern or get an explanation. Luis and Norberto are the consummate professional. I worked primarily with Luis during my refi application. Luis is knowledgeable, confident and courteous. Whatever he doesn't know, he found out the answer and relayed it timely. He utilizes creative problem solving wherever there was a hurdle to overcome. He is tenacious, informative and always presented a positive outlook. He has the talent to make his optimism infectious. As daunting as mortgages and refinancing are for the lay customer, where there is always trepidation and anxiety, Luis is able to simplify the process and give a customer confidence with sincerity and trust. That is an invaluable quality.
