  Who is sick of hearing "it's on the website" or "just upload to the website"? This is not what you get from Stephen Roe. He is extremely customer-oriented. He always took my calls or called me back within a reasonable time. He reviewed my documents to ensure everything was in order before it was passed on to the underwriters. He also let me know when he was waiting on paperwork from a third party so I could make a call to speed up the process. I always knew where the loan was in the process. As each step was completed, I knew about it. Stephen is so friendly and easy to work with. I will recommend him to all my friends and family when they are in the market to buy or refinance. I'm going to miss talking to him!
