He single-handedly tackled my very complicated financial situation and gave us the best deal possible; better than what a conventional bank could offer. I would definitely recommend Ray and his team for any home buyers who wish to have a pleasant and smooth transaction. He was available literally 24 hours a day and responded to my emails within 20 minutes. All my phone calls were answered and he had an open door policy with me leaving nothing to the imagination, as should be with a transaction that would affect you for the next 30 years.   Allen Lopez was fantastic throughout the entire process. Allen is great with communication and explaining every step of the deal. He was attentive and always make sure the paperwork was in and correct. He was quick to get on phone calls or to respond to emails. Overall, I don't think our buying experience would have been so pleasant without Allen's help!!

  It was great working with Blake. From start to finish he was very helpful in the process. Being a first time home buyer he provided great guidance. He was very informative of what to do, and what was needed for the loan. Our process was difficult sometimes because it was a short sale property. But Blake was always there to help on his side of the loan process. I will be recommended people to Blake.
