Tiffany Cundiff4I was recently there for an inspection and oil change for for 2017 sonata. There was a misunderstanding with a sales rep who offered to upgrade my vehicle. Although I was very upset I received an apology and the reps manager took care of maintenance on my existing vehicle. I feel like the issue was resolved leaving me with no ill feelings. I appreciate the care in service provided by both sales and service.

From the very first moment listened to everything I had going on and what I wanted. So I drive out to meet with her. Omg let me just tell you freaking awesome experience with her. I literally felt like I was talking to a good friend. Heather explained everything that was going on in the process. Showed me every car I liked. Test drive was like literally like hanging out with my friend. We have so much in common. But anyways come back working out a deal. Literally every step of the way Heather was there. Gave me her cell number if I needed anything. Got a awesome text saying congratulations on your new car. Hands down if you want an amazing car buying experience go see Heather Golden. Freaking awesome!

Erin Kendrick4I love my new Tucson, and Derek and Nathan were determined to get me into the car I wanted, not just the one that was closer to my payment preference. It was a long, 6-hour process, but I looked at probably 5-6 cars before narrowing them down, so I guess that's normal? I will say, I'm paying substantially more per month than I wanted to, and the finance team seemed to work with me to get the payments lower, but I still left feeling a little "haggled" because they kept leaving and coming back with a new offer, and bringing someone else over, and coming back, etc. which gave me a little anxiety, and made me feel like they were just trying to confuse me. Everyone was very nice, Derek was very patient with us in narrowing down the cars, and Nathan in finance seemed like a genuine guy; all I can say is that I can't help wondering if I truly got the best deal, or if they just made it seem that way. Car shopping sucks any way you look at it, let's be honest!

Mike Barna4I love going to Ricart to have my services performed on my car. I have never had a problem with services or the employees. This past time however, was slightly different (explained below but you can see I still rated a 4*) I went in for an oil change and wanted to wait for my car. It typically takes 45min even when they are busy (which they were that day). I also had a computer update to my car which the technician stated it would take 30min. to complete. Total time should be around 1hr 15min. 1hr 15min. rolled around, 1hr 30min. rolled around, 1hr 45min. rolled around, over 2 hours rolled around. No communication by anyone. Now I am not the person who likes to stand up and make a scene. It doesn't help me, the dealership, or even the people in the waiting room. Why cause a commotion? Finally around 2hr 15min later my name was called and everything was fine. All I wished would have happened was around that 1hr 15min. mark someone just came to me and explained things were running slower because it was extremely busy and they are working as quickly as they could. Other than that, I got the fantastic service by Ricart, the waiting room is great, and every employee I came in contact with was very friendly.

patricia snyder5Today was special. Drove up to Ricart for scheduled service on my 2017 Tuscon and left driving a new 2019 Tucson!! The Ricart group never disappoints. From our sales person John V ( who was amazing & very knowledgeable) to sales mgt (Rick) all the way to the finish line with F & I during loan close. Everyone was professional, friendly, and to boot, didn’t spend but a couple hours getting the whole process completed. Happy customer!!

Paul Ruivivar3Update: I was contacted shortly after posting this review and the sales manager was able to purchase a WeatherTech Cargo Mat and it arrived within 3 days. I'm glad they were able to accommodate and since then I have raised the star rating. Bought a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe in August of 2018. Worked a deal to have full set of cargo mats thrown in with the purchase.. The mats weren't available for a few months after the car was made, but once the mats were available we had to call several times to get them to send them to us. Well we received the front set of mats and waited a week before trying to get a hold of our salesman to get our back cargo mat. Our salesman never replied and I had to talk to a sales manager who told me the mats were on their way. Well a week later nothing arrived and no communication was made until we called again just to find out that the back cargo mat was on back order and we wouldn't be receiving it until late June. Almost 1YEAR to get cargo mats for a car. Never will I deal with Ricart again, this has been nothing but frustrating and the lack of communication means I will never deal with them again, sad to lose a customer over some cargo mats.
