Our salesman-Collin Matheny-was very knowledgeable of the Ford Trucks and also of our fifth wheel hitch that we had to transfer to the new truck. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Thanks guys! Jason Denton5Very good experience. I walked out with better apr than I expected to get. They said they would not run anything until they knew a deal could be done. If they couldn't we would shake hands and part ways, but give them a shot. They did all the above . We shook hands but to say Congratulations you got you a new Ford. Kevin Schmidt1Buyer beware! As this is part of the Ricart family of dealerships, they operate the same way. I love their inventory, great selection, helpful sales people, but unfortunately, they will tell you ANYTHING to get you to buy their car. They pretend like a Carfax is helpful, but in reality, it is just their smokescreen. They will hold it up as proof the car is quality, but then admit, it doesn't disclose things like previous accidents that void your warranty. If you really want to buy from Ricart, take the car to a trusted service center to get it checked out first, to ensure their isn't hidden damage that allows them to walk away from you as a customer.

Out of all the truck purchased in the last few Zachery Bowens was a great sales guy concreting dealing with my dad and older brother giving him an impossible time. But very happy leaving with a new 3500 diesel truck. Thank you Ricart!! See you in 3 to 4 years for a new truck

Keifer Grubb4The service was a little slow due to parts having to be ordered and training the mechanic had to do (for his yearly training). So the work my Explorer needed was a little slow but the service rep, John, was very helpful in the sense that he always kept me up to date with anything current and anything new going on with my car. They also paid for all of my car rental needs!

Debbie Moore5My lease was up and I was looking for a newer version of my current vehicle. I found the vehicle I was looking for and was able to work with the gentleman that was my previous salesman three years prior, Kris Somar. Kris is very personable, with a great knowledge of the vehicles. He and his manager did a wonderful job of pulling together the necessary paperwork and getting me on the road. In the future should I decide to lease or buy another vehicle, I will definitely come back to Ricart and Kris.

Tammy McClure4First of all, I am a lifelong customer of Ricart. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, my first on my Ford vehicle. They have what is called Quick Lane. I received at least one email per week about this service. Just stop in...no appointment needed. I stopped in and was treated like I was a criminal because I didn't have an appointment! I asked two different people if I needed one and they said no, but it's better if you do. The girl at the desk told me that without an appointment I could wait up to 3 hours but I was lucky they weren't that busy today. I told her that they advertise heavily the fact that it's "Quick Lane" and you don't need an appointment. She said, "I know, I hate that they do that. Next time you should make an appointment." What?! Its called Quick Lane! For the past 20 years or so I have had an import and used their import service where I was treated like gold! Now I've purchased a Ford and feel like I've gone back to the awful service treatment of my early years at Ricart that they are famous for. I thought they had changed but apparently not on the Ford side! When I picked up my vehicle I noticed that it hadn't been washed so I had to drive through the car wash. The import service always washed my car! I think I'll go back to an import on my next vehicle purchase. My daughter has also gone through extremely long waits and not been treated as well as she was in import service and has considered getting her service closer to home. I gave 4 stars because I am assuming the oil change was done properly but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired!
