  The ladies at First Service Federal Credit Union did a fabulous job guiding us through the refinance of our home mortgage. We were able to save money overall, with a moderate monthly payment.   I noticed there were charges on my account that were not from me. I recently got married in 2017 and not to my recollect, I saw there was a charge for $213.69 on my account that my husband had subscribed to back when. I quickly noticed it and jumped on my message board. Michale responded quickly and messaged me back asap. Even though one person was not able to see my message, another rep jumped on top of the situation. But, nevertheless. Michale came RIGHT BACK and followed up on my problem. That's why I'm STILL a customer, the customer service here is awesome. And I was reassured that if this was going to be an ongoing problem in the future, it will be taken care of immediately. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

  Michele, with card services really bent over backwards to help me. She messaged me many times over the course of a 2 week period looking for my payment. She told me exactly was was happening in detail with the account and thoroughly reviewed all aspects of all of my accounts and gave recommendations on the best way to handle everything.

  The refinance process was easy and well supported. I most appreciate being able to communicate via email throughout so I could continue to work remotely and meet the needs of the activities to provide paperwork and complete applications. Additionally, the closing team arranged to meet at our home to sign the mortgage paperwork. The focus on safety and service are excellent!

  By far the best banking app yet! The app offers you all the experience as if you were in the bank yourself! Transfer funds, open accounts, see all your accounts activities. Arrange your accounts to fir your viewing. A feature I’m very fond of you ask a question about your banking by texting a bank advisor and you get a response back within 24 hours!!
