  My family and I had an extremely pleasant experience with RGS Title Company. With the lending process being so stringent these days, the process was fairly simple. The representative who assisted us in getting the loan approved, Mr. John Russell, was phenomenal. We can't thank you enough John and also a thank you to Becky. Because of John's professionalism, his advice and guidance, his very prompt return of phone calls and providing information, and keeping us informed, even on Sundays lol, madeJohn the ultimate professional.   I am a 34 year realtor, I know a good Title company and I have seen bad ones. RGS Title is a good one. Side note, the attorney explaining the documents to my buyer did the best job I have seen in years at the settlement table.

  We have been working with Tom Rodden, the owner and attorney of RGS Silver Spring, who handles every settlement. It is very important to work with a title company that has an attorney overseeing each and every transaction and even nicer when the attorney handles the closing rather than passing it off to a settlement officer or notary. Many companies are churning out case after case with less than knowledgeable and unprofessional staff. It's too important to trust your home purchase with less than the best. Tom's staff is excellent and have been with him for years. That speaks as to the kind of company Tom owns and operates. That's what you deserve. Excellence. That is what you will receive.
